Two of my accounts on Instagram, with the usernames @20_lively and @34buse20_, were suspended a week ago for allegedly violating community guidelines, without any warning or notification. When I try to log into my accounts, I am only shown the identity verification screen, and sometimes verification is requested via facial recognition, sometimes by email, and sometimes by phone number. Despite trying all the identity verification steps, I receive an error saying 'identity not accepted' and I cannot access my account.
Both of my accounts contain private and personal photos, memories, and important content belonging to me. These accounts are not just a social media tool for me, but also the center of my memories and communication that I have accumulated over the years. Not being able to access my accounts has caused me serious victimization both personally and in terms of communication with my social circle.
So far, I have not contacted the Instagram support team. There are also no paid services or advertising transactions on my accounts. I experienced a similar problem about a year ago.
I request that my accounts be reviewed again, that my victimization be resolved, and that I be helped to regain access to my content as soon as possible.
I cannot use my accounts in any way, they are suspended directly.
