Instagram Selfie Verification Error

For the last 15 days, my Instagram account has been suspended without any explanation or visible reason. When I attempt to log in or verify my identity, I am directed to the selfie verification step, but every time I complete it, an “unexpected error” message appears and the process fails. Because of this technical error, I am completely unable to access my account or move forward with the verification process. I have repeatedly tried to complete the selfie verification, but I always receive the same error message and my account remains suspended. I have not been informed of any clear reason for the suspension, and there is no working channel provided to resolve this verification problem. I request that my account be reactivated as soon as possible and that the technical problem causing the selfie verification “unexpected error” be fixed. I would like my access to be restored and a clear explanation to be provided about why my account was suspended and how this issue will be prevented in the future.
