Instagram Reels Viewing Problem

Instagram has introduced an app for Reels to boost visibility, even for users with a modest following. However, my last 16 posts have received very few views. Despite reporting the issue, it has been disregarded. I invested nearly 1000₺ in advertising on Instagram to increase my account's view count, but no improvements were made. The reels I share are still invisible to users other than my followers, and they receive minimal views. I insist that this problem be addressed.
