I manage a student-focused Instagram page with 18,000 followers. About five months ago, my page was suspended due to a copyright violation claim related to a video I shared. After being notified, I directly contacted the person who filed the claim and convinced them to withdraw it. I have written proof of this agreement and communication. Both I and the original claimant have repeatedly contacted Instagram's support team and the official email addresses provided for copyright disputes, but we have received no response.
Despite resolving the matter amicably and submitting the necessary documentation, my account remains suspended with no sign of review or reinstatement. This prolonged silence from Instagram has been incredibly frustrating, especially since we followed all proper channels to resolve the issue.
