Instagram is Victimizing Me, It Doesn't Approve My Video, I Can't Log In to My Account

Despite numerous efforts and providing proper identification, my selfie videos have consistently been denied, which has been a barrier to staying connected with loved ones on the platform. I have an account connected to an email address that is currently active, and I was able to reset my password without any issues. However, when I try to log in, I am asked to enter a verification code that was sent to an old phone number I no longer use. I no longer have this outdated phone number, so it's impossible for me to receive the necessary code. Unfortunately, my selfie video was rejected without any explanation or further guidance, this constant cycle of being turned down has left me feeling completely powerless about this.
