Instagram Fails to Restore Account Despite ID and Payment Proof
About five to six months ago, after my phone was reset, all of my Instagram login information and backup applications were deleted. Since then, I have been unable to access my Instagram account with the username “motoclub38.5.” This account is my content creator account and has approximately 1,843 followers. It also had an active paid subscription and a verified blue check badge. The last time I was able to access the account was around August 6, and since that date, I have been completely locked out.
I have followed the “I can’t log in” steps in the Instagram iPhone app many times and carefully completed every step requested during the recovery process. In addition, I have sent multiple emails and tried to contact customer support through different channels. However, each attempt resulted in either negative responses or no meaningful outcome, and my access issue has not been resolved.
Even though I have supporting documents such as payment receipts, identity information, and the phone number linked to the account, no progress has been made to verify my identity or restore my access. Because I paid for both the subscription service and the blue check badge, I am experiencing a serious loss—not only financially, but also in terms of the time, effort, and work I invested in building this account and its audience.
I am requesting that my Instagram account with the username “motoclub38.5” be returned to me as soon as possible, that my blue check and subscription benefits be fully preserved, and that my identity and payment verifications be completed and accepted so I can securely regain access to my account.
