Instagram Charged Me ₺634 but Failed to Publish My Ad or Provide a Refund

On October 25, 2024, I paid ₺634 to Instagram for an ad, but even though the payment went through, my ad never got published. I’ve looked into everything on my side, and there’s no reason it shouldn’t be up and running. I got in touch for help, thinking that either my ad would go live or, if they couldn't do it, I'd get my money back. It's worrying that a big platform like Instagram can process payments without making sure ads actually go live as they should. I'm hoping Instagram can look into this problem and give a refund if they can't deliver the service. This situation has made me wonder if I can really trust their ad platform.
