I Can't Stop Instagram Ads

I only promoted on Instagram for a single day. However, the advertisement has continued nonstop for several days. It just keeps taking money out of my bank account. I just can't seem to find a way to stop that annoying ad. I need assistance and a refund, please. We're having trouble finding someone to talk to as well.

There is still no turning back and it is still ongoing. We have no counterpart to address, I don't know how we will seek our rights.
