I Cant Send Fallow Requests To Anyone On My Instagram Account

I have been using Instagram with a business account named “ileri_boyacilik14” and for the last one day I have not been able to send follow requests to anyone, even though there is no visible restriction or warning on my account. I access my account both from the mobile application and from the web browser, and I experience the same problem on both platforms. Regarding this situation, I used the “Report a Problem” feature through the application, but I have not received any response so far and the problem still continues. There is no notification explaining a violation or restriction on my profile, so I cannot understand the reason for this limitation. I kindly request that my Instagram account “ileri_boyacilik14” be checked in detail, that any hidden or unjust restriction, if present, be removed and that I be informed about the reason for this situation.
