I Am Not Receiving Instagram DM Messages From People Who Dont Follow Me

For the past week, I have not been receiving messages in my Instagram DM inbox from people who do not follow me. This problem continues constantly, and even though I tried with different devices and internet connections, nothing has changed. I have not received any changes, restrictions, or warnings on my account. I contacted the Instagram support team, but my issue was not resolved. My username is minejewelcollection, and my account is a business account, so I need my DM inbox to function properly in order to run ads. I request that my DM inbox works correctly and that I can receive messages from people who do not follow me, and I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
