InShot App Took My $2 but the Feature Never Worked

Last night, I paid $2 through Google Play for an object removal app developed by InShot Inc. When I tried to create a video using the app, the process progresses to about 50% and then fails with an error, preventing completion. As a result, I was unable to use the feature I paid for at all.

Without taking any additional steps, I wanted to report this issue directly through a consumer complaint platform. Since I did not receive the service I paid for, I request that the $2 charged for this service be refunded to me as soon as possible and without delay.
