Iqtest Innerly Unauthorized Charges After €1 IQ Test
I recently did an IQ test with Iqtest Innerly for a trial offer at 1€ on 19 August. Since then, the company has tried three times to debit much higher amounts from my account without my clear consent. On my bank statement and SMS alerts from La Banque Postale, I can see three debit attempts on 22/08, 22/09 and 24/09 for 34,27€, 34,89€ and 35,18€. I refused all these payment attempts, as I never agreed to any subscription or recurring charges after the 1€ test. I request that Iqtest innerly immediately stops all current and future debit attempts, cancels any subscription that may have been created in my name and confirms the complete deletion of my payment details. I also ask for written confirmation by email that no further charges will be made.
