Free Fire Unknown Error Locked Me Out of My Account
I have been playing Free Fire for about seven years, and during that time I have never received a warning, suspension, or any other disciplinary action on my account. For the past four days, however, I have been unable to log in using my Facebook account. Instead, I receive an "Unknown Error" message, and the game indicates that my account has been permanently banned for an alleged fraud-related violation.
I can still access the game on the same device using guest and Google accounts, so the issue only affects my main account that is linked to Facebook. I believe my account has been mistakenly and unfairly banned after years of legitimate gameplay. I have already contacted in-game customer support, but I have not received any response.
I respectfully request that Garena review my case, investigate this apparent mistake, and remove the wrongful ban from my Facebook-linked Free Fire account. I would also like my main account, with the in-game name z**, to be restored as soon as possible.
