IMVU Suspended My Account Without Warning Despite My Investments

My IMVU account was suspended for one day due to alleged profanity, and after the suspension period, my access was completely blocked. I have invested significant time and money into this account, and such a drastic action is unacceptable.
An account I’ve spent so much effort building cannot be disabled this easily. I’ve sent emails to resolve the issue, but the responses take up to 72 hours, which is frustrating and unprofessional.
I demand immediate reactivation of my account and a proper explanation for this decision. IMVU, you need to handle user issues more efficiently, especially when it involves users who have made considerable investments in your platform. This situation needs to be resolved urgently.
