IMVU Banned My Account Without Warning—Need Urgent Access to Recover Items

I can’t access my IMVU account, and I have no idea why. My account contained many purchased items and important messages, along with contacts I need to stay in touch with. The sudden ban is incredibly frustrating and makes no sense.
IMVU, how can you disable an account without any prior warning? This decision has left me completely stranded, unable to access my products or communicate with others. It’s unacceptable to treat users this way.
