Parts for the Hemnes mattress are unavailable from IKEA

What I went through is something nobody should have to go through. As a teacher on a tight budget, I was excited to find the Hemnes mattress on IKEA's website. Since I knew IKEA products were reliable, I decided to buy their mattress. The surprise turned out to be rather unpleasant for me. One of the components was missing from the package when I opened it. I attempted to get in touch with IKEA, but their response was totally absurd. To get the missing component, I was directed to the nearest store, which was over a thousand kilometers away. That trip seems completely out of my price range! I felt like a total failure for paying my teacher's salary for an unfinished product. IKEA betrayed my trust. I feel like I was treated unfairly, and it was an unjust experience that broke my heart. I'm telling you this in the hopes that you'll learn from my experience and realize that even IKEA can let you down.
