IKEA Delayed My Wardrobe Delivery for Months and Sent a Broken Grimo Door

I placed an order for a wardrobe from IKEA on December 2, and as March is nearing, I still haven't had the chance to use it. The problem lies not only in the delay but also in the unhelpful attitude from IKEA. They asserted that Borusan was unable to contact me due to my absence at home, which is entirely untrue. I reached out to Borusan, and they were unable to verify IKEA’s claim since I never received a call, and I was present on the alleged delivery day. Additionally, the Grimo door arrived damaged, and three months later, this problem remains unresolved. I anticipated a company of IKEA's caliber to manage this situation more effectively, yet I find myself grappling with confusion and hold-ups. I'm really hoping to get this issue resolved so I can start using my wardrobe again.
They didn't even deign to respond...
