IKEA Shipment Has Been Stuck in Planning Status Since April 24
I purchased a Minnen extendable children’s bed from IKEA for my child’s room. Although the delivery date for my order was shown as 04/24/2026, there has been absolutely no progress in the shipping process since that day. I cannot reach Arvato cargo by phone or through any other communication method, and I have received no updates or responses at all. The tracking system continuously shows the message “planning in progress, waiting for sender approval.”
During this process, I also tried to contact IKEA customer service, but the lines are constantly busy and, due to heavy call volume, I have been unable to speak with any representative. Because my product has not been delivered and I cannot find anyone to provide information or assistance, I am experiencing serious frustration and inconvenience. My order number is 162304268716616.
This product is urgently needed for my child’s room, and I request that it be delivered to me as soon as possible. In addition, I believe IKEA should reconsider working with a shipping company that causes this many delays and is impossible for customers to reach.
