I recently bought the black JÄRVFJÄLLET chair from IKEA, and sadly, this experience hasn't met the expectations I usually have for the brand. For the first time in all my purchases from IKEA, I encountered an issue where the package was missing two screws, which made assembly challenging and left it incomplete. I’ve generally been pleased with IKEA’s furniture and their focus on detail, but this office chair has really disappointed me. I truly hope IKEA addresses this matter with the seriousness it deserves and offers a resolution, as I still hold the brand in high regard.
