I believe IKEA could issue a gift voucher for this price difference without requiring a return. I contacted customer service and was informed that a request had been created, but the store later declined my request. As a reputable company focused on customer satisfaction, I believe IKEA could adopt a policy similar to Amazon.com.tr, which provides a gift voucher for price differences when a product's price drops after purchase. This approach avoids unnecessary returns and enhances customer experience. I kindly request that the ₺4,000 difference be credited to my IKEA account as a gift voucher. While the store could not assist me, I hope the head office can resolve this matter.
