IKEA Made Missing Reimbursement
In December 2022 I bought 3 Labbsal baskets from the IKEA online store to complete the Labbsal baskets I bought from the store before. Products delivered from the online store had nothing to do with the color of the products I bought before. I started the return process without even opening the packages. A few weeks later, the amount I paid to my card was refunded as 400 TL less. I called customer service several times and each time they said they would get back to me. There is never any response. Then they told me my claim was reviewed and the amount returned to me was correct. I sent my invoice amount and the refund amount again, and I asked for a return by e-mail. However, they sent me the information that a refund was made for two products, not three. I called again and again, but their customer service has no answer other than we have forwarded it to the relevant department. I called maybe 10 times. That's the only answer I got so far. I've been patiently waiting for a refund for three months. Bad customer service and no refund!
