IKEA Daybed Sofa Broken Delivery Issue

Hello, the daybed sofa I bought at IKEA arrived broken. For four days, I've been on the phone five times a day, discussing the exchange, and each customer representative has given me conflicting information. Arvato delivered the sofa, and my spouse checked the car's parts. Even the delivery team is unfamiliar with the parts; they arrived broken, and I am working tirelessly to find a replacement. Additionally, I paid ₺1500 for shipping costs. The products are sitting at home; spending so much time on a sofa is extremely frustrating! IKEA is not what it used to be!
