Disrespectful and Unprofessional Experience at Ikea Natavega Ankara Branch
As a Turkish citizen, I've never experienced such a terrible interview process. They herded us into a meeting room like sheep, showing a complete lack of respect for everyone involved. Moreover, the team leader was shockingly unprofessional – believe me, it was a big disappointment 👎. I've worked in 4-5 different countries and know Ikea well, but the Ikea Natavega branch in Ankara employs very inexperienced and unprofessional staff. If you ever visit, you'll notice the difference immediately. I've spent 10 years working abroad, and they should value my experience more than they do. Even the team leader's communication skills are severely lacking; she can't hold a proper conversation and appears disinterested in her role at the Ikea Natavega Ankara branch.
