Please Stop Payment - iDrama

I hold an account with ANZ and, since at least August, I have been seeing repeated transactions on my account statement under the description “Eftpos Aoidramhub Hong Kong” for various small amounts, such as 12.37 and similar figures. I have never signed up for any service called IDRAMA or Aoidramhub, have never knowingly authorised these payments, and I do not recognise this merchant at all. These payments are being taken very frequently, sometimes even twice in a single day, and as far as I can see the total taken so far is already over 100 dollars. This is very concerning for me, as it appears my card details are being used without my consent and the charges are ongoing. I request that ANZ urgently blocks any further payments to this merchant, investigates these transactions as unauthorised, and arranges a full refund of all “Eftpos Aoidramhub Hong Kong” charges that have been taken from my account. If necessary, I also request that my current card be cancelled and replaced to prevent any further misuse. I am attaching screenshots of the relevant transactions to support my complaint and kindly ask for a prompt response and resolution.
