Complaint About Unwanted Hypnozio Subscription
I am contacting you regarding an unjustified renewal of my Hypnozio subscription. On 02/05/2026, an amount of 33,00 EUR was debited from my PayPal account for a Hypnozio subscription renewal, even though I cancelled this subscription a long time ago. The subscription no longer appears in the list of subscriptions on my iPad, which confirms for me that it should not have been renewed. I did not receive any notification in advance about this payment or an upcoming renewal, and I am very upset to discover this charge only after the fact. Under these circumstances, I consider this payment to be unjustified. I therefore kindly request a full refund of the 33,00 EUR paid via PayPal and the confirmation that no further payments will be taken without my explicit consent.
