I Face Hypnozio Charging Me Without Clear Subscription Notice
I am writing to report a charge made today, April 7, 2026, to my credit card for a HYPNOSIO subscription in the amount of 64,000 Chilean pesos, which was made without prior notice of a second payment. I initially subscribed, but at no time was I informed that another charge would be made, and I only found out about this new payment when I saw it on my credit card statement today. I have not used the service, and I consider this second charge to be inappropriate because it was not clearly communicated in advance. For this reason, I request a full refund of the 64,000 Chilean pesos charged today and the immediate cancellation of my HYPNOSIO subscription, so that no further charges are made to my card. I ask that you review my case and process both the refund and the cancellation as soon as possible.
