My Huawei Tablet Failed During KPSS Preparation and Support Has Not Fixed It
I purchased a Huawei tablet from MediaMarkt to use for educational purposes. As a student, I stretched my budget to afford this device, but it developed a malfunction after a relatively short period of use. I have been forced to continue using it in this defective condition for a long time.
I am currently preparing for the KPSS exam, and the ongoing issues with my tablet have seriously disrupted my study routine and exam preparation process. Because the device is not functioning properly, I am unable to continue my education and exam preparation effectively. This situation has placed me under significant financial and emotional stress.
While the tablet is still covered by warranty, I have contacted Huawei customer service and authorized service centers multiple times. They attempted to manage the issue remotely through an application, but this approach did not provide a permanent solution, and the malfunction continues to occur.
Despite all of my efforts and repeated requests for assistance, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. The problem remains unresolved, and I continue to experience the same issues with the device.
I request that Huawei thoroughly inspect my tablet and take the necessary steps to resolve the defect. If required, I ask that the issue be addressed through repair or replacement so that my situation can be resolved as quickly as possible.
Because my KPSS preparation is being negatively affected, I urge Huawei to treat this matter as urgent and provide immediate support. I would like a prompt resolution so that I can continue my studies and exam preparation without further disruption.
