I Can’t Reset My Huawei Health Password

After my phone broke, I purchased a new device and attempted to log into the Huawei Health app. Unfortunately, I forgot my password, so I used the “Forgot Password” option. The app asked me to enter my date of birth and approximate device purchase date—which I did to the best of my memory.
However, instead of helping me recover access, the app kept giving me warnings like “4 attempts remaining”, “3 attempts remaining,” and then locked me out completely with a message saying “Please try again in 24 hours.” This loop is incredibly frustrating, especially when you're locked out of a key health tracker.
I’ve now lost trust in the Huawei Health ecosystem. It shouldn’t be this difficult to recover an account—especially for users who are clearly providing the right information. The lack of a reliable reset process has made me question the entire user experience.
Huawei, I’m asking you to fix this login and password reset issue immediately. Users should be supported—not punished—for trying to access their own data. Provide a real solution or better customer support for account recovery.
