I purchased a Huawei Watch GT5, but I am extremely disappointed with how limited its features are when paired with an iPhone. Key functionalities like App Gallery support and the ability to reply to messages from notifications are completely missing.
When I reached out to Huawei Live Support, I received no response. Retailers do not inform customers about these major compatibility issues before purchase, which feels misleading. If I had known about these limitations, I would have never chosen this smartwatch.
I demand urgent support and a solution to these missing features. Otherwise, I will return the product and warn others about this incomplete iPhone compatibility.
