Huawei Watch GT 4 Scratches Easily Despite Sapphire Glass Claim
We recently purchased several Huawei Watch GT 4 models in green, blue, and black colors. The company heavily promoted the watches as having sapphire crystal displays that are supposedly scratch-resistant.
However, despite these claims, the glass scratches very easily with normal use.
This is extremely disappointing, considering Huawei marketed this product as having premium, scratch-proof materials. To make matters worse, when we approached them about the issue, we were told that replacing the scratched glass would cost ₺3500.
Huawei GT smartwatches have turned out to be a huge disappointment. It's truly frustrating to see a brand that calls itself a "world leader" show such poor product quality and after-sales support.
Yes, the company does not admit its fault in any way, they pay YouTubers to advertise, and the YouTuber says, 'I just read whatever is written on the prompter.' It's a shame.
Unfortunately, the company called Huawei does false advertising, and then they say, 'We didn't make this ad, they filmed it of their own free will, we don't interfere.' Huawei is a regret.
