Huawei Watch D Blood Pressure Error

I purchased a Huawei Watch D with order number 90619379597 on January 24, 2024. Within 15 days, the watch started giving an air pressure error while measuring blood pressure. On February 12, 2024, I called customer service around 18:40 and explained the issue. They said someone from a higher department would call me back. Although no one called me around 19:00, they sent a message saying they tried to call but couldn't due to a sound issue and asked me to contact them again. However, I wasn't called. Today, I realized one thing: stick with Apple. Huawei's advertising efforts are in vain. Huawei Watch D is a terrible watch, its blood pressure measurement is poor, and we've realized how unsuccessful their customer service is. Trust me, A101 customer service is more attentive.
I called customer service again during the day, they said a higher unit would get back to me, and the whole day passed with no response. It's a surprising situation. The brand seems to be doing everything to make itself unappealing. Huawei is truly a regret, never ever again!
