From the very beginning, my Huawei D16 i9 laptop had a defect in its assembly. I reached out to the service department right away, and they asked me to send it in. Seems like there's a problem with the service team as they keep returning it, insisting there are no issues, even though there are obvious gaps and misalignments that I can clearly see. I'm gonna send it back and get my money back. I ain't ever buying from them again.
