Hornet Won’t Let Me Access My Paid Account
I have been unable to log in to the Hornet app on my Redmi 12 Pro device for more than a month. Whenever I try to open the app, I receive a warning saying “This device has been suspended,” and I cannot access my account in any way.
I had an active subscription on Hornet, and as a paid member, being unable to access both my account and the app has caused me serious inconvenience. I contacted the Hornet support team by email to explain the situation, but I have not received any response.
I request a clear explanation of why my device and account were suspended. I also ask that my Hornet account and device access be restored as soon as possible.
