Hornet Suspended My Account and Banned My Device
On June 25, 2027, around midnight, my Hornet account was suspended without any reason being given, and at the same time, a Hornet ban was also placed on my Tecno Spark 10 device. Since that day, I have not been able to log in to the app or use my account.
I did not receive any notification, warning, email, or explanation stating that I had violated any rules. My account username is “Yüksek,” and my email address is f***********@Gmail.com**. I have been left completely uninformed about why both my account and my device were blocked, and this situation has caused me serious inconvenience.
I kindly request that Hornet remove the ban from my Tecno Spark 10 device, reactivate my account under the username “Yüksek,” and clearly inform me of the reason for the restriction.
