I Request Review After Unexplained Hornet Ban
My Hornet account with the username “Erkan” was suddenly suspended without any prior warning, and I have been unable to log in for about a day. I did not receive any email or in-app notification explaining the reason for the suspension, so I do not know why this action was taken.
The email address linked to my Hornet account is e*******@gmail.com. I do not believe that I violated any rules, and I would like to be informed about why my account was closed. More importantly, I am requesting that my account be reactivated.
I ask that my account be reviewed, that any wrongful action be corrected, and that my access be restored as soon as possible.
