Hornet App Shows “Device Suspended” Error on Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus
I am using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus, and for the last 12 months, I have not been able to use the Hornet application because it shows the message that my device is suspended. Previously, the Hornet app was working normally on this phone, but then it suddenly stopped working, and since then, I have always seen that my device is suspended when I try to open the app. I contacted Hornet support about this situation, but my problem has still not been resolved, and my device remains suspended in your system. I do not understand the reason for this suspension, and I have not been given a clear and effective solution. I kindly request that you remove the suspension on my device in Hornet and reactivate my access to the application as soon as possible. I expect my device to be opened again and my account and application usage to be restored without any further delay.
