Hoover Dryer Repair Team Couldn't Fix the Machine, Instead Broke It All
The team that repaired the clothes dryer displayed unprofessional and discourteous behavior. The machine was not functioning properly as it was not spinning. They billed us 2000 TL for replacing a single part. Throughout the repair process, they forcefully opened one side of the machine and manipulated the drum. They also left the rubber sealer outside. Consequently, lint accumulated in the motor and the room each time the machine operated. After three weeks, the same issue arose again - the machine wasn't spinning. They arrived and although they had provided a 30-day warranty, they claimed it was our fault due to lint accumulation. We countered that they had left the gasket outside during the previous repair. Despite this, they made two more visits, only to bring an incorrectly sized timing belt. Eventually, they took the machine, retained it for a week, and then charged us another 2000 TL. My home is outfitted with appliances from the Candy Hoover brand. Although I was initially fond of the Candy Hoover brand due to its modernity and competitive pricing, I have decided not to make any further purchases from them in Turkey. The main reason for this decision is the exceedingly poor quality of their service, which is a crucial factor when choosing to invest in a brand.
