Honor Pad 10 Pen Registers Before Touching the Screen
I purchased my Honor Pad 10 tablet through Trendyol about five months ago, and I have experienced a serious problem with the stylus from the very first day. The stylus sensitivity is extremely poor. It starts registering input from nearly half a centimeter above the screen before the tip even touches the display, making it almost impossible to write a word accurately.
Because of this issue, I sent the tablet to an authorized service center on the second day after receiving it. However, the service center reported that they found no defect and stated that the stylus sensitivity was within an acceptable range. The tablet was returned to me without any repair or adjustment. In everyday use, however, both handwriting and drawing are extremely difficult and frustrating because of this sensitivity problem.
What disappoints me most is that none of the product descriptions or promotional materials mentioned this stylus sensitivity issue. Customers should be made aware of this limitation before purchasing the device, especially if they intend to use it for handwriting or digital art. I hope my experience helps other potential buyers make an informed decision, and I encourage Honor to be more transparent about the stylus performance and its real-world limitations.
