Honda Jazz Hybrid Issues - Request for Resolution

My Honda Jazz hybrid has been a complete disappointment. The first 40,000 kilometers were great, but the problems started after that. The car only runs on the gasoline engine. We sent it for repairs, but no one can fix the issue. The level of interest is zero.
Toyota pioneered the electric vehicle concept, but Honda is new to this field. I am seeking a resolution for this problem.
