Honda Civic Windshield Not Available İn Turkey

On 07/08/2024, as a result of the ongoing road construction on the Aydıncık-Mersin road, my windshield was unfortunately hit by gravel stones, resulting in two separate cracks. The following day, I reached out to the authorized Honda service and submitted a request for a replacement through my insurance. I was informed that the procedure would require a significant amount of time. I'm confused about the delay in the process. It's interesting to note that the windshields for Honda Civics, which have a large market share in Turkey, are produced in Turkey under a Turkish brand. However, it seems that the supply is still coming from abroad. There hasn't been any new information yet...
