I had a free trial subscription with Hint on hint.com, which I did not want to keep, yet today I was unexpectedly charged 29.99 USD for what appears to be the Pro plan. I had believed that I would not be charged, as I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription after the trial. After noticing the charge, I canceled the subscription, and I am now requesting a full refund of the 29.99 USD that was taken today. My transaction/customer reference number is CTXMKXEDG. I also request written confirmation that my subscription is fully canceled and that no further charges will be made to my account. I kindly ask that this situation be reviewed and that the 29.99 USD be refunded as soon as possible.
