I am being charged 29.99 € every month by hint.app via my PayPal account, although I have never ordered or consciously concluded any subscription with this provider. In addition, there are further debits from myiq.com/help, also without my consent or a known contract with this company. The payments of 29.99 € to hint.app have so far been collected on 11.11.2025, 09.12.2025, and 06.01.2026 via my PayPal account registered under the email address irina_giesbre***@web.de. Furthermore, there were four more payments to myiq.com/help on 16.10.2025, 13.11.2025, 11.12.2025, and 08.01.2025, which I also did not authorize in a conscious and traceable manner and for which I did not knowingly conclude any subscription or purchase. I have already submitted a complaint to PayPal regarding these unauthorized debits, but I have not yet received a response or solution. In the meantime, the debits continue, although I have never intentionally signed up for such services. I therefore request the immediate cancellation of any existing subscriptions or contracts with hint.app and myiq.com/help that may have been created without my explicit and informed consent, as well as a full refund of all debited amounts. In addition, I ask for a written confirmation that the subscriptions have been cancelled and that no further debits will be made from my PayPal account.
