I have discovered multiple unauthorized charges from “HINTAPP” on my Chase debit card, even though I do not have the Hint app and I do not have any active subscription with Hint. The charges of $29.99 were taken from my account on 01/22/2026, 02/19/2026, and 03/19/2026. I have carefully checked my phone and app store subscriptions and confirmed that there is no Hint subscription linked to my accounts. I did not sign up for this service, did not authorize these payments, and do not understand why I am being billed for something I do not even have access to. I called Hint and was told that I should submit a complaint here, and I plan to contact my bank, Chase, as soon as it opens this morning to dispute these unauthorized transactions. However, I want to formally state that these charges are not authorized by me and that I am very frustrated about money being taken from my account without my permission. I request that all future withdrawals related to Hint be stopped immediately and that I be issued a full refund of the three unauthorized $29.99 charges taken on 01/22/2026, 02/19/2026, and 03/19/2026.
