Hint App Charged During a Free Trial — Demanding Refund

On July 6, 2024, even though I was told that I was starting a free trial, $32 USD was charged to my credit card immediately. What kind of app charges money during a trial period? I am requesting a full refund of this amount.

I canceled the membership through the app’s bot system, but I do not trust that cancellation to be effective. I am requesting that the authorized parties contact me urgently regarding this issue.
