Full Refund Request - Hint

I am writing regarding unwanted subscription charges made by Hint.app in the USA. I was charged on 2/10, 3/10, 4/7 and 5/5/2026, for a total of approximately 120, even though I was not aware that I was being charged and I never actively used or accessed the app during this period. I also do not remember ever agreeing to an auto-renewal arrangement. When I realized the situation, I contacted Hint.app’s customer support and requested a refund. The representative repeatedly told me that I would not be refunded. At one point I was told I would be refunded, but this statement was quickly retracted and I was again informed that no refund would be provided. I have since cancelled the subscription and received confirmation that the cancellation was completed. In light of the fact that I did not knowingly use the service, was unaware of the ongoing charges, and had confusing and inconsistent communication from support regarding a refund, I kindly request a full refund of all subscription payments charged to me. If this is not possible, I at least expect a fair partial refund of the recent charges and a clear explanation of why a full refund cannot be issued.
