Recurring Unauthorized Charges by Helppay on My Bank Card

On September 29, 2025, an amount of $6 (159.99 TRY) was withdrawn from my bank card ending in 3327, without my knowledge or authorization under the name Helppay. This is not the first time this has happened — a similar unauthorized charge occurred previously, and this marks the second incident.

I have not yet contacted Helppay customer service, but I request an immediate investigation into this recurring issue and a full refund of the unauthorized amount. It is unacceptable that such transactions can take place without explicit user consent, especially after a similar incident has already been reported.
