Hello Yo Blacklisted My Account – Request Blacklist Removal And Recovery

I have been using the Hello Yo application on my Android phone, but my account with ID 1512638708 was blacklisted and has been restricted for about four years. I do not know the reason for this blacklist and I have not violated any rules to my knowledge. When I try to log in, I see a suspension/blacklist warning and the email address for appeal, but when I send an email I do not receive any response from Hello Yo and my account remains blocked. I kindly request that you urgently review my account with ID 1512638708, remove the blacklist, and unblock my access to Hello Yo as soon as possible, or at least clearly explain the reason for this restriction and in how many days it can be resolved.
