Hellcase Blocks CS2 Gut Knife Withdrawal While Forcing Users Into Site Trades
On April 22, 2026, I used the Hellcase website for the first time and won a Gut Knife for CS2. However, when I try to transfer this knife to my Steam inventory, the system refuses to send it to the inventory under any circumstances, constantly redirecting me solely to the trade screen and confronting me with a mechanism that forces me into trading. Oddly enough, low-value items can be transferred to the inventory without any issues, but this valuable knife cannot be withdrawn to the inventory.
My account username is Xenon, and I want this knife transferred normally and smoothly to my inventory. My goal on the site is not merely to trade, but to be able to use the item I won as I please and see it in my inventory.
Following this issue, I reached out to Hellcase support, and they told me the matter was out of their hands, instructing me to wait and try again regularly. Despite trying repeatedly, the knife is still not being sent to my inventory, and I am continuously redirected to the trade screen. I demand that Hellcase ensure the direct transfer of my won CS2 Gut Knife to my Steam inventory without any additional complications or forced trades.
