Head & Shoulders Shampoo Causes Breathing Difficulty Complaint

I have been a loyal Head & Shoulders customer for years, purchasing and using the brand's shampoos in bulk and trusting the brand. To try a different product line, I purchased nine 330 ml bottles of Head & Shoulders Anti-Hair Fall shampoo from the Breakage Due to Hair Fall line. From the moment we started using the product, we began experiencing a feeling of breathing difficulty and suffocation, and we realized that these symptoms seemed to be associated with this newly purchased product line.

When we examined the shampoo, we noticed that it produces a strong menthol-like sensation, even though there is no mention of menthol on the packaging. Despite this, the product has been marketed and sold with this menthol-like effect, and for months, every use has practically become a nightmare for us. We have never experienced any problems with other products from the same brand, so having this issue specifically with this product line has caused serious concern regarding our well-being and has significantly shaken my trust in the brand.

I never expected a brand whose products I have purchased for thousands of lira over the years to cause me this kind of distress. This negative experience has been a complete disappointment for me. I request that the health-related concerns we have experienced be taken seriously, that the necessary investigation into this product line be conducted, that my complaint be properly addressed, and that an appropriate resolution be provided.
