Head & Shoulders Icy Menthol Shampoo Does Not Feel Cooling

I purchased Head & Shoulders Icy Menthol Freshness shampoo through Hepsiburada, and my wife and I have been using it for approximately one week. We have not experienced any noticeable menthol effect or the promised “minus five degrees” cooling sensation at all. In addition, neither of us has observed the anti-dandruff or anti-itching benefits that are specifically stated on the product's packaging.

Since we have experienced none of the freshness, cooling, or itch-relief benefits advertised in the product's marketing and on the packaging, I believe these claims could be considered misleading advertising. Because the product has not delivered the performance we expected, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid. If necessary, I also request that the product be inspected and that the necessary quality checks be conducted on this product line.
